30-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rovqena.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
